Accessibility

We want people to be able to explore Synq’s work and get in touch using the device and input method that works for them. This statement describes the site’s current features; it is not a claim of full WCAG certification.

Built-in support

• Responsive layouts, labelled enquiry fields and meaningful button names.
• A skip-to-content link, keyboard focus indicators and keyboard-operable menus, forms and dialogs.
• Escape closes dialogs and the mobile menu, with focus returned to the opener.
• Reduced-motion preferences are respected, with a control to pause automatic video previews.
• Film playback is user-controlled, with native player controls or labelled custom controls.
• Email and WhatsApp are available as alternatives to the enquiry form.

Known limitations

Separate caption files, full transcripts and audio descriptions have not yet been supplied for the portfolio films. Some films may include text within the video. The short project descriptions are summaries, not complete transcripts. We cannot currently claim that every film meets all media-accessibility requirements.
